Sole shareholder

The sole shareholder of QazBioPharm National Holding Joint Stock Company is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The rights to own and use the state-owned stake of the Holding were transferred to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On some issues of establishing QazBioPharm National Holding Joint Stock Company” dated December 20, 2021 No. 910.
