Effective management of legal entities, state shares in the authorized capitals of which are transferred to the holding and use of the Holding in order to ensure biological safety, sustainable development and improvement of biopharmaceutical market infrastructure, stimulating the development of biopharmaceutical science and industry, as well as meeting the needs of the state and society for biopharmaceutical products, interdepartmental interaction on biological safety issues.
Vision
By 2032, the Holding will be a fundamental element of the biological safety management system of Kazakhstan and a leading regional pharmaceutical Holding that carries out research work at an advanced laboratory and research base, has a high human resources potential and produces biopharmaceutical products in accordance with international quality standards.
