About the meeting with representatives of F. Hoffmann-La Roche LTD in Kazakhstan

The Holding’s management met with representatives of the world’s largest biotechnology company F. Hoffmann-La Roche LTD (hereinafter “Roche”) in Kazakhstan. Hoffmann-La Roche LTD (hereinafter “Roche”) in Kazakhstan. During the meeting the parties discussed issues of possible cooperation in the field of biopharmaceutical science and industry as well as the establishment of a scientific and technical council between “QazBioPharm” and “Roche”. As a result of negotiations it was decided to consider in more detail the proposals for mutually beneficial cooperation.
